About me
I have always been very enthusiastic about asking questions and communicating my ideas. I wanted to reach a position where I can convey my ideas and insights to many people. During my studies in the IISER Bhopal, I learned that research is an excellent platform to learn, explore and share the ideas. Being a researcher involves constant learning and updating of one’s skills. This inspired me to be a researcher. I chose to work on gene regulation for my PhD, as the topic intrigued me ever since started learning about it. There is a lot more to understand about the ways by which cells selectively express genes. I will work during my PhD to contribute to the scientific understanding of this question. I am very privileged to be a member of the Cell2Cell network for my PhD. The Cell2Cell network provides an excellent platform to collaborate with leading researchers around the world, do cutting-edge research and learn transferable skills.
I will work in the vibrant city of Munich, Germany. Apart from science, I enjoy going for walks, listening to music, cooking and spending time with friends. I am happy that Munich is a beautiful place with a lot of things for me to explore.
