About me
My encouragement for proceeding with education to PhD originates from my extremely high level of intellectual curiosity, especially in the field of epigenetics and single-cell technologies. In previous years, I developed a strong interest in software and data analysis within my Master’s education in bioinformatics. I firmly believe that being part of the Cell2Cell network is a great opportunity to learn from recognized professors, develop new perspectives for the structural biology approaches to pathogens, and further strengthen my abilities for critical thinking, and expanding my knowledge in pathogens evolution and adaptation. Cell2Cell network emphasizes the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and communication with people eager to improve science and prosper at the personal and career level.
My host institute is located in Istanbul, one of the greatest cities in the world, at the crossroads of civilizations connecting Asia and Europe both physically and culturally. Moreover, the Turkish people that welcome every person with kindness and delicious food enhance the beauty and warmness of this city.
